Note: Digital-First Deliveries
Most NOKIBUL services (e.g., personalized workout plans, nutrition guides) are delivered digitally (via email or client portal)—no physical shipping applies. This policy covers physical deliverables only (e.g., printed plan booklets, branded fitness resources).
1. Processing & Shipping Timelines
- Physical items are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
- U.S. Domestic Shipping: Delivered via USPS/UPS Ground (3–7 business days). Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available for an additional fee.
- International Shipping: Available to select regions (check eligibility at checkout) via UPS Worldwide (7–14 business days). Customs delays are beyond our control.
2. Shipping Fees
- Fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight, destination, and shipping speed—paid by the client.
- Fees are non-refundable, even if items are returned.
3. Tracking & Delivery
- A tracking number will be emailed once items ship (check spam folders if missing).
- We are not liable for lost/stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Contact the carrier first for missing packages, then our team with your order number.
4. International Shipping
- International clients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We do not cover these costs.
5. Defective Physical Items
If you receive a defective physical item, email staff@nokibul.online with your order number and photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
