Overview

Our refund policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, we cannot offer a full refund or service adjustment.
This policy applies to all NOKIBUL services: digital personalized workout/nutrition plans, 1:1 consulting sessions, and physical fitness materials (e.g., printed plan booklets).

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Digital Services (Plans/Consulting): Eligible for a refund only if unused (e.g., no plan access activated, no consulting sessions scheduled/conducted).
  • Physical Materials: Eligible if unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Refundable Items/Services:
  • Used digital plans (e.g., accessed workout routines, viewed nutrition guides).
  • Completed or partially used 1:1 consulting sessions.
  • Opened, damaged, or modified physical materials (unless defective).
  • Promotional or discounted “final sale” services.

Return Process for Physical Materials

  1. Email staff@nokibul.online to request a return authorization (include your order number).
  2. Ship the item to our official return address (below) with the authorization number clearly labeled.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
  • Trackable shipping is recommended—we are not liable for lost/damaged return packages.

Refund Process

  1. Submit your refund request (with order number and details) to staff@nokibul.online.
  2. We review requests within 2 business days and notify you of approval/rejection.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, credited to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds (20–70% of the purchase price) apply if:
  • 1:1 consulting sessions are canceled 48+ hours before the scheduled time.
  • A digital plan is accessed but less than 20% of the content is used.
