• One-Time Sales (Default): Most offerings (e.g., single workout plans, 1-session consulting) are one-time transactions—no recurring charges.
• Subscription Services: Ongoing consulting (e.g., monthly plan updates, weekly check-ins) are labeled “Subscription” at checkout. Billing cycles (monthly/quarterly) and fees are clearly displayed. Cancel via email (staff@nokibul.online) 7 days before the next billing cycle.
• All prices are in USD. Payment must be made via secure channels; you warrant payment details are valid.

3. Service Provision

• We deliver personalized plans based on the health, fitness, and goal information you provide. You must disclose all pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or limitations to ensure safety.
• Plan adjustments are available for active clients—additional fees may apply for major overhauls.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate, honest information about your fitness level and health status.
• Consult a healthcare provider before starting any new fitness/nutrition plan (our plans are not a substitute for medical advice).
• Do not share, reproduce, or resell our digital/physical content (all materials are our exclusive intellectual property).

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for injuries, health issues, or dissatisfaction resulting from:
  • Failure to disclose medical conditions/injuries.
  • Non-compliance with plan guidelines.
  • Negligent workout execution.
• Our total liability for any claim is capped at the total purchase price of the service.
